Quality Inspector
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a daily routine and standard work to manage workload and coverage of responsibilities.
Proactively research and learn process and product standards to serve as the local subject matter expert.
Identify potential quality issues or opportunities for improvement.
Research, analyze and report prioritized issues.
Serve as production support to contain and prevent issues.
Drive root cause corrective action cross-functionally to ensure continuous product quality improvement.
Ensure all quality gauges and equipment calibrations are up to date.
Ensure equipment is operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements: following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs.
Other duties as assigned.
