Quality Inspector

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on in-process materials and final assemblies.
• Preform measurements in standard and metric units.
• Verifies tools encompass current calibration dates.
• Identify and segregate damaged/broken tools.
• Verify compounds and substances are within established expiration dates.
• Find, report, and disposition non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Must be IPC 620 certified.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Quality Manufacturing group.
• Ability to read and understand basic assembly engineering drawings, work instructions and customer specs.
• Intermediate working familiarity of computers to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Much skills, to include the ability to measure in standard and metric methods.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Certification from following courses: AS9001, and or J-standard.
