Quality Inspector - 3rd Shift - North
Main Function
The main function of the Quality Inspector will be to verify conformance to drawing and specifications. Inspecting parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints. Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications. Assuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature. Completing, inspecting, and distributing all quality records and documents. Performing specialized testing as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3 - 5 years of experience in quality inspection required, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Able to use a variety of hand inspection tools to conduct inspections
- Must be able to interpret manufacturing drawings and have a strong background in quality tolerances and dimensional inspection
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Computer skills are required

Pay
The position pays a competitive hourly rate.
Schedule
The 3rd Shift hours are Sunday - Friday, 7 p.m. - 5:30 a.m., with some overtime hours on weekends as needed for production.
