We must not repeat job title. Use

for each section heading. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to decide what goes where. - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph(s) describing role: "Ready to build parts that matter? PacAero is looking for a 2nd shift QC Inspector (Machining) to join our manufacturing team in Agawam, MA. In this role, you’ll inspect high-precision machined components used in critical aerospace applications, helping ensure every part meets engineering, customer and quality requirements before it moves through production. We’re looking for someone with experience inspecting machined components who understands tight tolerances, knows their way around precision measurement equipment, and takes pride in getting the details right." - Responsibilities: Could be "What You’ll Do" plus the detailed list of duties (the Requirements list? Actually the list under "Requirements" is duties). We need to separate responsibilities vs requirements. Usually responsibilities are what you'll do; requirements are qualifications needed. The posting has "What You’ll Do" (responsibilities) and then "What We’re Looking For" (requirements/qualifications). Then later a separate "Requirements" list (duties) and "Qualifications". There's some duplication. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. We must not duplicate lines. We need to combine but avoid duplication. We need to decide a structure that captures all info without duplication. Potential sections: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) - Requirements (maybe combine "What We’re Looking For" and the later "Requirements" list? But that list is duties again. Actually the later "Requirements" list is more detailed duties. Might be considered responsibilities as well. To avoid duplication, we could treat "What You’ll Do" as responsibilities, and the later "Requirements" list as also responsibilities but more detailed; we could merge them into a single responsibilities section, ensuring we don't repeat same bullet. - Qualifications (maybe combine "What We’re Looking For" and the later "Qualifications" list). Also "Physical Requirements" could be a separate section? The rules only list specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements (since it's about ability). But we have a separate "Physical Requirements" paragraph. We could incorporate into Requirements. - Skills: Could be extracted from qualifications like "Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings", "Knowledge of GD&T", "Strong computer skills", "Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills". Could be a Skills section. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Pay: we have salary range $20.00 - $33.00/hour and mention of second-shift differential, bonus eligibility, etc. Pay section should include salary range and maybe differential. - Schedule: we have schedule details. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's extract content. Intro (About the role): "Ready to build parts that matter? Responsibilities (What You’ll Do + detailed duties): - Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision machined components using engineering drawings, specifications and applicable quality requirements. - Use a variety of precision measurement and inspection equipment to verify parts meet dimensional, geometric and workmanship requirements. - Work closely with Machining, Quality and Engineering to identify and communicate issues, support root-cause investigation and keep quality parts moving through production. - Perform in-process and final visual, dimensional, and microscopic inspections of precision machined and plated components. - Inspect parts to engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and applicable customer requirements. - Use precision measuring and inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, gage pins, optical comparators, Visual CMMs, inspection microscopes, and other applicable tools. - Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T requirements. - Verify parts meet customer, engineering, dimensional, workmanship, and quality requirements. - Identify and document nonconforming material and complete required quality documentation, including rework and nonconformance reports. - Review Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) and manufacturing documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Accurately document inspection results and maintain required quality and inspection records. - Verify inspection equipment is appropriate for use and within required calibration status. - Work collaboratively with Machining, Plating, Quality, Engineering, and Production to investigate discrepancies and resolve quality concerns. - Support continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and customer requirements. - Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and audit-ready inspection area. - Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the Quality Manager. We need to avoid duplicate bullets: The first three are similar to later ones; we can combine but ensure no duplicate. Let's create a unique list merging. Potential list: - Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision machined components using engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable quality requirements. - Use precision measurement and inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, gage pins, optical comparators, Visual CMMs, inspection microscopes, etc.) to verify parts meet dimensional, geometric, and workmanship requirements. - Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T requirements. - Verify parts meet customer, engineering, dimensional, workmanship, and quality requirements. - Perform in-process and final visual, dimensional, and microscopic inspections
