QUALITY INSPECTOR 1ST SHIFT / INSPECTOR DE CALIDAD 1ER TURNO

2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2 PM–10 PM.

About the Role

The Quality Technician will inspect and verify that manufactured products meet all print and customer specifications. This role supports production quality by performing first article inspections, process audits, data collection, reporting nonconformances, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across manufacturing areas.

Requirements

• One year of experience working in a manufacturing setting; prior experience in Quality preferred.
• Must be available and able to work the agreed-upon shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify that items manufactured meet all print and customer specifications.
• Perform first-article inspections for work orders in welding, machining, and core areas.
• Fill out Inspection Reports documenting that components or coolers meet print.
• Perform process audits in several manufacturing areas and measure items to verify part conformity.
• Fill out nonconformance reports for defects found in manufacturing.
• Gather and organize production data, and analyze to report key quality and process metrics performance.
• Report any issues to supervisor or appropriate personnel or manufacturing areas as needed.
• Regular physical attendance is required.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand 80% of the time.
• May be required to bend, stoop, pull, push, twist, and turn.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs 5% of the time.
• Must be able to use a pallet jack and chain hoist.
• Must use safety equipment such as steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection (provided).
