The Quality Improvement Specialist II, Learning Networks is responsible for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of learning networks within the organization. This role involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in learning networks.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes through learning networks.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and consistency in quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement methodologies and tools.
- Document and report on quality improvement activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, nursing).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality improvement or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
