Quality Improvement Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CQM committees, staff, and funders
• Develop, implement, and monitor QI plans
• Measure performance
• Align with RWHAP Parts in the service area
• Data utilization and interpretation for clinical quality management
• Collaborate with AHF IT Department on data validity and report development/maintenance
• Submit periodic reports to funders
• Participate in local and national quality improvement collaboratives as requested
• Champion consumer involvement through surveys, client advisory boards, and focus groups

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of the Ryan White Care Act Program

Experience in healthcare quality improvement

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of RWHAP Parts relevant to the service area

Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills

Ability to engage and empower clients with lived experience
