About the role

The Quality Improvement Coordinator supports and implements initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and safety of patient care within Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. This role collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to assess, monitor, and improve healthcare processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• RN License valid in state of practice
• 2 years' acute care work experience
