About the role
The Quality Improvement Analyst is responsible for enhancing patient care through systematic evaluation and implementation of best practices.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Conduct regular assessments and report findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
