Captures the attention of various departments to align and integrate quality improvement strategies.

• Monitors progress and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Educates staff on the importance of quality indicators and their role in improving patient care and experience.
• Analyzes variances in patient care and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develops comprehensive reports on improvement opportunities to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Maintains compliance with transplant regulations through monitoring information and quality indicators.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement process improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
• Utilizes data from quality indicators to drive evidence-based decision-making and enhance patient outcomes.
• Supports continuous improvement efforts by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on monitoring data.

Work Experience

• 2+ clinical, quality and/or relevant healthcare-related experience
• 3+ of related experience in hospitality or public relations
• Experience with performance improvement methodologies, tools, systems including LEAN methodology
