About the role
The Quality Engineering Technician II is responsible for receiving/inspection, risk analysis, control plans, and supplier quality. They ensure customer requirements are defined and all project deliverables meet customer, internal, and regulatory requirements including all applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Learn manufacturing processes as assigned to create improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost
- Participate in nonconforming product resolution to include creating containment action plans and root cause corrective action activities
- Resolve problems that are of a clearly defined nature and easily identifiable as to the best method of resolution
- Provide basic guidance to lower-level business support workers within the scope of a project they are also assigned to
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in area of responsibility
- High School Diploma or GED
