Responsibilities
- Participate in change control and product quality improvement activities to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collect and record process changes to ensure adherence to Quality requirements.
- Analyze and present quality control data to the engineering team to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and generate reports.
- Support internal audits of wafer fabrication processes, equipment parameters, manufacturing operations, factory facilities, and incoming materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align factory operations with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards.
- Conduct and maintain documentation and paperwork relevant to day-to-day quality control activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education
- Associate’s degree in Engineering with an emphasis on Quality Control and Analysis or related field is required
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and the ability to analyze quality-related data.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards and their application in factory operations.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a cleanroom or advanced manufacturing environment if needed.
- No additional physical requirements beyond common tasks such as extended walking, standing, or bending.
