About the role

This Quality Manager (QM) position supporting Backshop Operations Avionics Product Center in Connecticut. The QM is responsible for all aspects of quality and mission success as the Quality Leader of the Avionics Product Center. The position will report to the Quality Senior Manager for Backshop Operations in the RMS Sikorsky line of business. The candidate will provide leadership to both salary and hourly personnel, including Quality Engineers and Quality Assurance supporting this Product Center. • Managing and maintaining Quality Plans
• Executing to the RMS and Sikorsky Quality Management System
• Participating/presenting in program reviews
