Quality Engineering Manager

Position Overview

This role involves leading a team of Quality Automation Engineers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality mobile applications within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality engineering or a related technology discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on Quality Automation experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience managing QA or Quality Engineering teams.
• Experience conducting performance reviews, mentoring team members, and driving employee development.
• Strong understanding of automated testing methodologies, including functional, API, unit, component, and snapshot testing.
