Quality Engineer Supervisor

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative user interfaces that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive UIs for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends and technologies to ensure designs are cutting-edge.
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with prototyping and user testing tools.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating beautiful and functional user interfaces.
• Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and ensuring designs are usable across different devices and platforms.

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
