Quality Engineer - Senior

About the role

Seeking experienced engineers to support Market Quality (MQ) activities, ensuring department performance targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing failed warranty parts
• Testing components and vehicles to identify causes
• Investigating warranty issues related to design, manufacturing, or sales influences
• Demonstrating technical proficiency through documentation, reporting, and presenting findings to management
• Collaborating with suppliers, design, and service teams to support problem resolution
• Leading problem containment efforts
• Supporting cost recovery negotiations
• Mentoring entry-level and new associates to develop technical and company knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience (or 8+ years without degree)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Work Conditions
