Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or business field or equivalent experience and 2 years relevant experience.
- Travel up to 10%.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with Quality Inspectors, Process & Methods Engineers, Operations Team to support MRO Operations.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer focus, business judgment and teamwork.
- Communicate with various levels of management.
- Collect and analyze data to minimize workflow disruptions and eliminate nonconformances/escapes.
- Lead the investigation of quality related work stops and turnbacks using Quality Improvement tools such as Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) and Quality Control Process Clinic (QCPC); support and facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.
- Manage the disposition and RRCA of quality escapes.
- Lead Quality System, process, and product audits.
- Assist 3rd Party Audits as required.
- Facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate and modify applicable Quality System documentation to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined.
Pay and Benefits
- The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
