Quality Engineer III

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable and maintainable test frameworks for various testing needs
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Analyze test results and report issues to inform strategies
• Maintain compliance records of tests and QA activities
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases based on requirements
• Participate in weekly planning and refinement meetings
• Mentor junior engineers and share expertise to improve automation quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing
• Strong programming skills in C#
• Experience with test management and automated testing tools
• 2+ years of experience with Playwright or similar tool

Pay

$95,000 – $115,000 annually
