Responsibilities
- Understand and execute quality philosophies, principles, systems, risk, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction, supplier relations and performance, leadership, training, interpersonal relationships, improvement systems, and professionalism.
- Develop and manage quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management, including key terms and definitions, modeling, systems design, assessment tools, and reporting.
- Manage, plan, control, implement, and assure process and/or project application, readiness, and requirements.
- Identify, acquire, and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements.
- Review customers purchase orders, contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans.
- Review suppliers purchase orders and establish supplier quality requirements.
- Compile, write, and deliver training material on quality standards and activities.
- Understand and execute basic calibration determinations and functions.
- Able to interpret blueprint and drawings.
Qualifications
- High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3 years of experience in Aerospace Chemical Processing
- Catia and Nadcap Experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
