Quality Engineer
Description
Partner with engineering and operations to ensure designs meet quality and compliance standards
Develop and maintain quality procedures, documentation, and customer deliverables
Perform inspections and testing to validate product conformance using various tools
Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and quality controls
Ensure supplier/vendor quality compliance and support audits as needed
Create training materials and lead quality-related training initiatives
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- 2-5+ years of experience in quality or mechanical engineering
- Working knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Eligible to obtain a security clearance (U.S. Person requirement)
