Quality Coordinator (RN, LPN, CNA, MA)

About the Role

Lourdes Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team in Pasco, WA. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes, enhancing regulatory compliance, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, scheduling, initial work, communication, and project management support for various programs within the Quality Department, including the National Quality Program (NQP), Culture of Safety and Engagement (CoSE) survey, and Executive Patient Safety Conference.
• Schedule key activities within projects and track progress to adhere to deadlines.
• Coordinate Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and credit distribution for learning webinars, training, and other quality team event prep as needed.
• Coordinate, aggregate, and provide ongoing maintenance of the quality plan across the entire Quality department.

Qualifications

• Applicants can be a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Medical Assistant (MA).
• Education requirements vary based on licensure or certification:
• If an RN: Current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement, and Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• If an LPN: Current Practical Nursing Diploma or Certificate.
• If a CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant certificate and high school diploma or equivalent.
• If an MA: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience required; quality experience preferred.

Pay

Wage Scale: $22.00-$54.00 per hour
