Quality Coordinator - Part-time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Quality Management with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program.
• Collect and present data for quality, environment, infection control, quality control, and risk management.
• Assist as directed in quality meetings and teams, and help prepare agenda items for required meetings.
• Assist with implementation of the hospital quality plan, survey readiness, and root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care.
• Previous experience with one major area of responsibility (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
• Familiarity with accrediting standards, including The Joint Commission (TJC) and CARF, preferred.
