Responsibilities

• Leads Quality/Performance Improvement efforts based on the quality objectives.
• Ensures accurate and compliant measure documentation and reports quality‑of‑care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required
• CA RN License required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or quality management
• Preferred: CPHQ or HACP‑CMS certification

Pay

$45.08 - $69.86 hourly (individual wages are determined based upon qualifications and experience)
