Quality Coordinator

You will report to our Safety Health Environment and Quality Manager and work on a team with one additional Quality Coordinator at our South Charlotte location (about 4 miles from Carowinds). This is a hybrid position with 2 work-from-home days per week.

About the role

• Handle the warehouse side of customer claims: investigate, determine root cause, and identify corrective actions while understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Work closely with the leadership team and warehouse engineers to implement quality improvements for inbound and outbound flows.
• Support the RMA (returns) team with all types of quality questions.
• Collaborate with the SQA engineer to improve supplier quality standards.
• Regularly audit warehouse flows for quality.
• Participate in Monthly Process Quality meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of preferred work experience in warehouse or supply chain.
• WMS exposure and knowledge (WMS implementation, administration, power user).
• Experience with SAP.
• Certification in ISO standards 9001 and 14001 (preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and form valuable insights.
• Fluency in English, as it is our internal language.
