Quality Control Technologist -Transfusion

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials through our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) business line
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global operations in 30 countries and more than 100 territories through distributors
• Support the company's commitment to customers and dedication to innovation and quality in specialized diagnostic areas
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of hospital efficiency and patient care through diagnostic solutions

Requirements

• Experience in specialized diagnostics or related fields
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Strong commitment to quality and customer service
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across global teams

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in life sciences, engineering, or related disciplines
• Proven track record in research, development, or manufacturing of diagnostic products
• Experience with assay development or biomaterials is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, or Transplant
• Knowledge of diagnostic manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies
• Strong analytical and technical writing abilities
