Quality Control Technician-Screens and Monitors (Weekend)

The Quality Control (QC) Technician plays a critical role in maintaining our reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction by working primarily in the QC department of a branch warehouse. This position may also involve temporary reassignments to other warehouse departments based on business needs. Employees will assist in all disciplines of the QC department, including audio, video, and projection, and must have a general proficiency with basic AV equipment and computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all screen kits and packages.
• Maintain all monitors and touchscreens.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Assemble and configure screens for client delivery.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is presentable and in ideal working conditions.
• Use inventory software for workload forecasting.
• Handle hard deadlines and plan workflow based on client needs.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Follow direction from department leaders and managers.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse environment. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, handle objects/tools, reach with hands and arms, and climb stairs. The employee must occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are subject to change and may rotate. Long hours and weekend work may be required during high-demand periods.
