Responsibilities

• Test materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Take measurements and document results
• Ensure construction projects meet strict quality standards
• Work outdoors at various project sites in Wisconsin
• Learn valuable technical skills from day one

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Basic math skills (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
