Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Perform and document hourly inspections and run profile, retain samples per EverTec Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor mailer production, including packaging, for defects and inaccuracies per EverTec quality standards; correct and report any non-conformities and initiate hold procedure when needed in collaboration with Team Lead and Shift Supervisor as needed.
- Train Packers on EverTec Quality Assurance (QA) SOP; regularly conduct audits to ensure quality inspections are being performed.
- Work with Packaging Team Lead and Operations to resolve issues per EverTec QA SOPs.
- Communicate effectively with upcoming shift to ensure smooth handoff; keep open dialogue with staff to minimize delays.
- Help to identify raw material defects, captures relevant information (lot codes, samples, etc.) and forward to Quality Manager.

- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Knowledgeable of safety requirements and guidelines in manufacturing/warehouse environment

- Able to understand detailed written and/or oral instructions
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Able to read a ruler, scale, and micrometer
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality
- Able to work Overtime as needed daily, or weekends based upon business needs
Education And Experience
- High school education or equivalent technical school preferred
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment and/or inspection role preferred
- Knowledge of packaging production SOPs and Quality Standards a plus
