Key Duties
- QC broadcast equipment
- Build / assemble racked systems
- Packages equipment for client rental
- Configure equipment to client specifications
- Assist clients with tech support in person or over the phone
Requirements
- General networking knowledge preferred
- Able to solve unusual or unexpected problems
- Effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally
- Knowledge of broadcast equipment
- Troubleshooting techniques/skills
