Minimum Skills/Knowledge/Responsibilities

  • Regular worksite attendance.
  • 1-year experience in food manufacturing/related field.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Suite of Business Software (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to work with an ERP (enterprise resource planning) software such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and apply customer product standards to the Bev-Hub process.
  • Ability to use basic laboratory equipment such as pH meter, Refractometer, Densitometer, Total Solids unit and Viscometer by following detailed laboratory procedures.
  • Use of sophisticated Can Double Seam Inspection equipment.
  • Use of sophisticated Bottle Cap Inspection equipment.
  • Detail oriented with a demonstrable ability to fill out Quality Analysis paperwork.
  • Ability to multi-task in high energy fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (10+ hour shift).
  • Ability to communicate with Production management and staff to address any non-conformance issues that may be encountered.
  • Ability to contribute in cross-functional teams formed to address issues in the facility.
