Minimum Skills/Knowledge/Responsibilities
- Regular worksite attendance.
- 1-year experience in food manufacturing/related field.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Suite of Business Software (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to work with an ERP (enterprise resource planning) software such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and apply customer product standards to the Bev-Hub process.
- Ability to use basic laboratory equipment such as pH meter, Refractometer, Densitometer, Total Solids unit and Viscometer by following detailed laboratory procedures.
- Use of sophisticated Can Double Seam Inspection equipment.
- Use of sophisticated Bottle Cap Inspection equipment.
- Detail oriented with a demonstrable ability to fill out Quality Analysis paperwork.
- Ability to multi-task in high energy fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (10+ hour shift).
- Ability to communicate with Production management and staff to address any non-conformance issues that may be encountered.
- Ability to contribute in cross-functional teams formed to address issues in the facility.
