Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for real estate development projects
• Manage the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of properties
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development or property management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
