Job Responsibilities
- Interpret/analyze engineering drawings, repair schemes, service bulletins and all relevant technical documentation.
- Conduct the disposition of incoming equipment, ensure the smooth flow of material and coordination with vendors in support of workshop overhaul activities, and provide in-process quality control support to production.
- Perform precise measurements using different precision measuring equipment: Verniers, Calipers, Micrometers, Depth Gauges, run-out fixtures, etc.
- Carryout detailed inspections of parts.
- Ensure compliance with EthosEnergy and customers’ quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) management systems and procedures, as well as, all legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Report accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards to the HSE Department and complete relevant paperwork within 24 hours of occurrence.
- Conduct applicable data entries in ERP system (iFlight) for the production receipt of all repair components.
- Sign-off of inspection/hold.

Required Skills / Knowledge
- Knowledge of and proactive engagement on HSE requirements.
- Strong focus on and passion for customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated positive and constructive attitude.
- Working knowledge of turbo machinery build standards and requirements.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible in support of changing external and internal customer needs.
- Competent IT skills including the use of MS Word and Excel.
Education Requirements
- A Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding basic engineering principles, a plus.
- Certificate from technical school a plus.
- Further educational qualification in a mechanical/engineering discipline is a plus.
- Level 1 and 2 NDT certification with experience in Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspection a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Capability to lift 25lbs.
- Ability to squat and stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications
