Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform basic statistical analysis and communicate results to teams.
• Assists in failure analysis, investigation and CAPA activities.
• Identify areas of improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Perform testing, gather data, and analyze results of product testing and process monitoring.
• Use documentation systems to research information and generate Change Requests.
• May assist in developing and qualifying test methods, data sheets, test fixtures, and testing equipment.
• Initiate and assist in the investigation and disposition of Non-conforming material.
• Aids in gathering data, compiling information and assisting management in development of metrics and reports.

Requirements

• Typical minimum education and experience required is a two-year Technical Degree (AA, Certificate) and 1—3 years related experience.
• Experience with Medical Device manufacturing is considered a plus.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger to operate computer.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
