Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product testing to support complaint investigations and stability verification.
  • Generate product testing reports.
  • Review production and finished goods batch records (DHRs) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, document, and ensure resolution of deviations prior to product approval.
  • Conduct spot-check inspections and production audits.
  • Participate in internal audit programs.
  • Write, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support document control, record retention, and sample retention activities.
  • Process returned instruments, including logging, decontamination, inspection, documentation, and preparation for repair.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Preferred Experience

  • At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience in the medical device industry.
