- Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the site-wide quality control program for sawmill and planer operations.
- Optimization: Manage and utilize production systems to maximize lumber value, grade, and recovery.
- Compliance: Ensure all products meet company specifications and regulatory standards through audits and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and grading agency staff to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on quality control activities and key performance indicators.
