Operations Associate
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our Quality Team. The ideal candidate will verify client requests for each individual order, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of outgoing products.
- Inspects assembled parts and product for defects and deviations
- Counts and verifies product quantity matches the submission form
- Verifies information on submission form matches the identifying sticker on the outside of the box
- Verifies all information on the flip match the information on the collectible item
Qualifications
You must have:
- Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Proficiency with computers and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key, and effective internet searching
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Teamwork and ability to work well with others
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to demonstrate accuracy while maintaining productivity
- Able to follow instructions well and respond to management directions
Physical Requirements
- Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting for extended periods
- Exposure to machinery noise
- Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Hand use for various tasks
- Hearing requirements for alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
- Sitting or standing for extended periods
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
