Quality Control Specialist
We are recruiting for a Quality Control Specialist opportunity supporting QC organizations with templating, template qualification, and day-to-day system oversight. Our team is looking for someone who can help drive issue resolution, maintain data integrity, and support consistent operations across the network.
Responsibilities
- Support QC organizations with templating, template qualification, and use of ELN and consumable management systems.
- Review and approve user access, conduct periodic reviews, and complete annual audit trail reviews.
- Collaborate with technology functions to troubleshoot system issues and support timely resolution.
- Author SOP revisions, review system documentation for changes, and support audit activities.
Requirements
- B.S. degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in QC.
- Experience as a business process owner.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot system issues, work independently, and deliver right-first-time results.
- Knowledge of data integrity requirements of QC systems, with strong communication and document authoring and review capabilities.
- Must be from pharmaceutical or biotechnology or related industry.
- Experience in Biovia SmartLab and CIMS.
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
- Audit support experience.
