We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Skills? There's "Required Qualifications" and "Desired Qualifications". Also "Overview" and "Why Work at Noblis" and "Total Rewards" etc. But we must only include sections when posting has real, specific content. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "Overview" maybe? The "Overview" sections are generic company description; they might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't say to remove generic company overview. But we should keep substantive info. However "Overview" appears twice with similar content; we can keep one? Might be considered duplicated lines. We'll keep one overview paragraph. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. For Pay/Schedule/Benefits: we have salary range: "Posted Salary Range USD $23.56 - USD $92,575.00 /Yr." That's weird: $23.56 - $92,575 per year? Probably a mistake but it's specific. So we should include Pay section with that range. No schedule info. Benefits: there is "Total Rewards" describing benefits. That's substantive. So include Benefits section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Desired Qualifications (could be under Qualifications or Requirements). We could combine Required and Desired under Qualifications? But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could map Required Qualifications to Requirements, Desired Qualifications to Qualifications? Or we could have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings if content exists. We'll decide: Responsibilities h3, Requirements h3 (for Required Qualifications), Qualifications h3 (for Desired Qualifications), Skills h3 (maybe for skills like analytical, communication, etc). But we also have "Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements" which are skills. Could put under Skills. We also have "Active DoD Secret clearance U.S. Citizenship required Some travel may be required" maybe under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract sections: Responsibilities list: many bullet-like sentences. We'll make
  • for each duty. Required Qualifications: "Multiple levels available requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience combined with a relevant educational background. Compensation and leveling aligned to the candidate's specific degree and experience. Experience in Quality Control Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements Active DoD Secret clearance U.S. Citizenship required Some travel may be required" Desired Qualifications: "Experience with computer-aided drafting (CAD) Familiarity with material specifications and fabrication methods Knowledge of DoD quality assurance standards Experience with Navy installation or maintenance quality processes ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent certification" Skills: maybe we can extract from Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to work in fast-paced environment, adapt to changing requirements. But we already included those in Required Qualifications; maybe better to keep them there and not duplicate. Could have Skills section separate but risk duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep the info, but we can place it under appropriate heading. If we put under Requirements, we still preserve. So we may not need separate Skills. We also have Overview paragraphs: "Noblis MSD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noblis, Inc., delivers mission-critical engineering, logistics, and sustainment solutions to the Department of Defense. We seek talented professionals to support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, Code 41250, in San Diego, CA. This program sustains, maintains, and modernizes the Navy’s afloat and ashore tactical network systems — including Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System - Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), Communications as a Service (CaaS), Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Networks, Agile Core Services (ACS), Software Defined Networks (SDN), Tactical Afloat Next Generation Networks (TNGN) — ensuring fleet readiness and operational superiority across the global naval enterprise." Then later "Overview Noblis and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI and Noblis MSD, take on some of the nation’s toughest challenges, delivering advanced solutions to our customers’ most critical missions. We bring together leading scientific, engineering, and management expertise in a culture grounded in objectivity and collaboration, ensuring our work creates lasting impact across federal missions. We work with a broad range of government agencies in the defense, intelligence, and federal civilian sectors. Learn more and find opportunities at careers.noblis.org" And "Why Work at Noblis" etc. Those are generic but maybe we keep as About the role? Could be "About the role" heading. The instruction says we can use About the role heading. So we could put the first overview under About the role. The second overview maybe duplicate; we can keep one. We also have "Total Rewards" describing benefits: health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, award programs, eligibility. That's Benefits. We have Pay: salary range. We have no Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (desired), Benefits, Pay. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Check for any duplicated content: we omitted the second overview and "Why Work at Noblis" etc. That's okay as it's somewhat generic but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove that, but we can keep it under About the role? However we already used About the role for the first overview. The second overview is similar but more generic; could be considered duplicated. We'll omit. We also omitted "Learn more and find opportunities at careers.noblis.org" which is application instruction? It's a link to careers site; maybe considered application instruction? Might be removed. We also omitted "Remote/hybrid status is subject to change..." etc. That's maybe not needed. We kept all substantive info: responsibilities, requirements, desired qualifications, benefits, pay. Check if any info missing: The line "This opportunity is contingent on contract award." at start. That's substantive? It's a contingency note. Should we preserve? It's not under any heading but it's important. We could include it in About the role or a separate note. Since we removed it, we lost info. We should preserve. Let's add a paragraph after About the role maybe. Add:

This opportunity is contingent on contract award.

Also we missed "Noblis MSD seeks Quality Control Specialists to support the in-service engineering and sustainment of Navy afloat and ashore tactical networks. This role solves technical problems, assures that products and manufacturing/installation processes meet quality and safety standards, and tests equipment to ensure effective and safe operations. QC Specialists maintain AIT workbooks, support inspections, and ensure compliance with Government quality requirements across all work program functional areas." That's basically responsibilities but we already have responsibilities list; but we could incorporate as intro paragraph under Responsibilities. However we
