Quality Control Specialist
About the role
As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Your work ensures that our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision, impacting businesses and communities around the world. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will verify product and process quality throughout fulfillment and prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with internal service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and global quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-shipment inspections and quality audits on outgoing goods
- Identify and document non-conformances, initiate reports, and follow up on CAPA actions
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and training efforts
- Uphold global quality standards, such as ISO, GxP, and IATA CEIV
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order entry systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse operations, quality inspection, or auditing, ideally in logistics or contract environments

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is between $20.60. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary based on experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
