About the role
This position will require relocation to a project site. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established quality control protocols
- Work closely with project teams to identify and address quality issues promptly
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality control measures into project workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
