Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of work in progress
• Prepare daily reports on progress and potential concerns
• Cookordinate subcontractors, monitoring progress and adherence to plan specifications and procedures
• Review subcontractor material submittal and shop drawings and check for compliance
• Verify field dimensions and plan reviews
• Check rough opening for doors and windows, in-wall rough in, and elevations
• Review plans and field coordination with contractors

Qualifications

• Educational: Associates or Bachelor degree in construction or related field preferred or equivalent work experience in the construction industry
• Skills: Working knowledge of construction projects and building processes; 2-3 years of experience working in the commercial construction industry strongly preferred; Strong analytical and decision making skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; General knowledge of construction safety; Excellent communication skills
