Quality Control Manager (QMR)

About the role

The Quality Control Manager (QMR) is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes at the St. Paul facility. This position ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality control team to ensure consistent product quality.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure all employees are trained on quality control procedures and safety protocols.
• Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$116,000 - $143,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
