We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our precision machining quality assurance team. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the quality control team to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee inspection processes for all precision-machined components
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Analyze root causes of defects and drive corrective action initiatives
• Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality continuously
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in quality control within precision machining or manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams
• In-depth knowledge of inspection equipment, measurement tools, and ISO standards
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
