We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "CCI General Contractors LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our growing GC East - South Central Business Line. We are committed to fostering a work environment that offers long-term stability and growth. We value our employees and are dedicated to supporting their success throughout their career with us. With a strong track record of consistent growth, we provide a secure and dependable workplace for those looking for a lasting career." - Position Summary: "The Quality Control Manager (QCM) in the federal construction industry is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of construction projects in compliance with all contractual standards. This position requires strong knowledge of federal construction standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices, as well as the ability to lead a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed established quality benchmarks. The QCM plays a critical role in the successful execution and completion of federal construction projects." - Benefits: "CCI General Contractors LLC offers a great benefits package complete with medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings account health reimbursement account, flexible spending account, employer paid life and disability, 401(k) matching, and paid time off along with other essential benefits." - Location: "This position will report to our office location at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida" - Essential Duties & Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Minimum Qualifications: list bullet points. - Additional Qualifying Factors: bullet points about drug screening, background check, clearance, access. - Necessary Physical Requirements: paragraph. - Working Conditions: paragraph. - About Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC: paragraph about company. - EEO statement etc: we need to remove boilerplate EEO, equal-opportunity, etc. Also remove "We participate in the E-Verify Employment Verification Program. We are a drug-free workplace." That's boilerplate; remove. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe combine intro and position summary). Could be "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities) - Requirements (Minimum Qualifications + Additional Qualifying Factors? Could combine as Requirements/Qualifications). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe additional qualifying factors), Skills (maybe from qualifications like OSHA 30 hour, USACE CQM Certification, Procore, RMS, Word/Excel/PDF, leadership, etc). Benefits we have. Pay and Schedule not mentioned, so we should NOT include those sections. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Benefits is stated, so include Benefits. Pay not stated, omit. Schedule not stated, omit. Skills: we could extract skills from qualifications: OSHA 30 hour, USACE CQM Certification, Experience with Procore and RMS, Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF, Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects, In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards, Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Those could be considered skills. So we can have a Skills section. Qualifications: maybe we separate Minimum Qualifications as Qualifications, and Additional Qualifying Factors as maybe also Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. Could treat Minimum Qualifications as Requirements, Additional Qualifying Factors as Qualifications. Or combine. Let's decide: Use Requirements for minimum qualifications (the "must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily" list). Use Qualifications for additional qualifying factors (drug screening, background check, clearance). Or we could treat Additional Qualifying Factors as also part of Qualifications. But we need to avoid filler. Both have content. Skills: we could pull out specific skills like OSHA 30 hour, USACE CQM Certification, Procore, RMS, Word/Excel/PDF, leadership, attention to detail, problem solving, organizational abilities. That seems reasonable. Now we need to format lists with
  • . For prose, use

. We must not include boilerplate like "The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties, but not all duties performed for this position. Other duties may be assigned." That's boilerplate; we should remove that sentence. Keep only the bullet list items. Similarly, for Minimum Qualifications: The preamble "To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required." That's boilerplate; remove. Keep only the bullet list. Additional Qualifying Factors: The preamble "As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations." That's not boilerplate; it's specific. Keep as list? It's two items: drug screening & background check; clearance & access. Could be list. Necessary Physical Requirements: That's a paragraph; we could put under a section maybe "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements not in list, but we could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications? Might be better to include as a separate section? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. However later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we could add a section for Physical Requirements if we want, but better to stick to given examples to be safe. However Physical Requirements is substantive; we could place it under Requirements or Qualifications? Might be odd. Perhaps we can create a section "Requirements" and include both minimum qualifications and physical requirements as subpoints? But the instruction says use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could have a Requirements section with sublists for minimum qualifications and physical requirements. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine. Similarly Working Conditions could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section "Working Conditions". Not in examples but could be okay. However to be safe, maybe we include a section "Working Conditions" as

even if not in examples; the instruction didn't forbid. It said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. implies those are typical but not exclusive. I'd include Working Conditions as a section. But we also have About Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (company description). That could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About the company". Not in examples but could be okay. However we might incorporate into About the role. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove. Now craft HTML. Structure:

      About the role

CCI General Contractors LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our growing GC East - South Central Business Line. We are committed to fostering a work environment that offers long-term stability and growth. We value our employees and are dedicated to supporting their success throughout their career with us. With a strong track record of consistent growth, we provide a secure and dependable workplace for those looking for a lasting career. The Quality Control Manager (QCM) in the federal construction industry is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of construction projects in compliance with all contractual standards. This position requires strong knowledge of federal construction standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices, as well as the ability to lead a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed established quality benchmarks. The QCM plays a critical role in the successful execution and completion of federal construction projects. This position will report to our office location at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects in accordance with the Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
      • Review and certify that all submittals, plans, and specifications comply with contract requirements, while coordinating required evaluations and testing by approved personnel or facilities.
      • Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards and reduce recurring deficiencies.
      • Manage and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections to verify that materials, workmanship, and project deliverables meet required specifications.
      • Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system, address non-conformance issues, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

      Requirements

      • OSHA 30 hour
      • USACE CQM Certification
      • Experience with Procore and RMS
      • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
      • Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects
      • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

      Qualifications

      • Pass a pre-employment drug screening (post accepted offer)
      • Have acceptable background check results
      • Obtain appropriate clearance levels required for the contract and be able to access military installations

      Skills

      • OSHA 30 hour
      • USACE CQM Certification
      • Experience with Procore and RMS
      • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
But note duplication: Requirements and Skills have overlapping content. Might be redundant. Better to separate: Requirements = minimum qualifications (the list). Skills = specific abilities like OSHA 30 hour, USACE CQM Certification, Procore, RMS, Word/Excel/PDF, leadership, attention to detail, problem solving. However Requirements already includes those. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both Requirements and Skills may be thin. Maybe we combine them into one section "Requirements" that includes both minimum qualifications and skills. Then we could have Qualifications for additional factors (drug screening, background check, clearance). Benefits separate. About the role separate. Responsibilities separate. Working Conditions maybe separate or incorporate into Requirements? Could add a section "Working Conditions". But we might avoid too many sections. Let's think: The posting includes Minimum Qualifications (list), Additional Qualifying Factors (list), Necess
