About the role
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will lead project-specific quality programs on complex construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Control Plans
- Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation
- Manage subcontractor QA/QC performance
- Collaborate with project teams
- Engage with stakeholders
- Support schedule and constructability issues
- Participate in site meetings
- Provide mentorship and support safety audits
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience, including 4+ years in a dedicated QC role on projects valued at $20M or more
- Experience with federal projects, Definable Features of Work, and the Three-Phase Control process
- Knowledge of USACE safety and compliance standards, with eligibility for security site access
- Proficiency in construction software and inspection tools
