Quality Control Manager

About the role

Lead QC/QA programs on mission-critical projects averaging 60+ Megawatts and $400,000,000+, focusing on civil, structural, MEP systems, and building envelope performance for complex data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan.
• Lead a team of Quality Managers and Project Engineers responsible for field inspections of delivered material and installation across all construction scopes.
• Lead and manage Trade Partners and 3rd Party Testing Agencies to ensure adherence to the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Facilitate Quality Meetings to review open quality issues and anticipate upcoming work.
• Interface with Owner QC Representative to track quality metrics and ensure adherence to owner’s Quality Control Requirements.
• Manage and track construction deficiencies from identification through resolution, maintaining a live deficiency log in Procore and related systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in QC, superintendent, architect CA, or field engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with mission-critical, semiconductor, oil and gas, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred.
• USACE Construction Quality Control Certification preferred.
