Quality Control/Loan Servicing, Jefferson Green Way

Duties

This role is responsible to ensure the credit union's loans adhere to regulatory requirements, lending policies and internal standards, as well as to coordinate activities relating to the proper servicing of the credit union's existing loan portfolio.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of banking regulations and policies
• Experience in loan servicing
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Skills

• Knowledge of loan servicing software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
