About the role
Inspect residential properties to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties
- Identify and document areas needing repair or improvement
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate findings and recommendations to property owners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in home inspection
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
