Job Summary The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. This individual will be performing routine tests as required on raw materials, in process components and final product. Job Responsibilities Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimensPerform daily pre/post pour inspections on productsMonitor production operations as requiredPipe patching and assisting pipe crew when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of productsReport to management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concernsOversee team of 3-4 individuals Responsible for receiving and filing raw material reports for documentationContact for State DOT agencies, ACI, NPCAOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalentMust have quality control experience in related industryACI / PCI Certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certificationBasic computer and tablet skillsAbility to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team membersAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
