Quality Control/Indexing Technician

About the Role

Responsible for scanning and indexing all documents to the appropriate patient folder/encounter utilizing the correct document name. Ensures that all records/documents are scanned into the appropriate system with the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities

• Scan and index documents to the correct patient folder or encounter.
• Apply the appropriate document name during indexing.
• Ensure all records and documents are of the highest quality when scanned into the system.
